So in this article, we will discuss some strategies to make the most of your time side-by-side I will also discuss ways to manage multiple things besides college courses.

  1. Define your limits and set goals :

Since childhood, we were been heard people saying "Sky is the limit". In some sense, it might seem good but practically it fails most of the time. So you all might be having a common question THEN WHAT? the answer lies all in you. Start talking to yourself and you will start discovering your limits. Once you have your goals in place, prioritize them based on their urgency and importance. Always have deadlines to make your tasks more interesting.

  2. Using Time Management Tools :

The world has moved incredibly so fast and we no more listen to people saying I use to study under street lights, and I traveled 10 miles every day to complete my schooling. Now we have got numerous time management tools and apps that can help us stay organized. There are many tools out there for free check out all of them and choose the right one which best suits your way and start working on it.

I mostly prefer using tools such as {Google Keep, Notion, and Notepad}.

  3. Avoid Procrastination :

Most of you out there might have experienced procrastination or still experiencing it and can't figure out the way to get out of that trap. Don't worry you are not alone, everyone experiences procrastination at least once in their lifetime. Instead of just running in that wheel of trap try ways to get out of it. Everyone starts procrastinating when there is an imbalance in the dopamine spikes. We shoot up our dopamine spikes for unproductive stuff and we eventually lower our baseline and this entire process is defined as so-called procrastination. So learn to balance your Dopamine and everything goes well as we have discussed earlier in the first point.

  4. Learn to Say No :

Every college presents numerous opportunities for personal and professional growth, saying yes to every invitation or opportunity can lead to overwhelm and exhaustion. Be selective about the commitments you make and prioritize those that align with your goals and values. Remember that it's okay to decline certain invitations or activities to maintain a healthy balance between academics and personal life. Always think long-term.

  5. Group-up yourself :

Alone...Alone...Alone... most of the time being alone seems more joyful but Joining study groups and collaborating with classmates can enhance your learning experience and expose you to different perspectives and study techniques. Not only that you will also learn the ethics of working in a group which gives a boost in your professional life.
